We're a team of therapists and support staff, all dedicated to one thing: showing up for children and the grown-ups who love them.
It's a spark of joy—a brave try, a new connection, or a moment of "look what I can do!"
Every path has its sparkles. At Berg Therapy, those sparkles light the way.
"Berg" is part of our founder's name, but it also means mountain. And that felt just right.
Because therapy is a journey. Sometimes it's a steep climb, sometimes it's a winding path, and sometimes it's a triumphant "ta-dah!" at the top.
The name reminds us that every step forward is part of something bigger—and with the right guide, children grow, build confidence, and enjoy the journey.
Licensed pros. Progress celebrators. Partners in your child's journey. Thoughtful, collaborative, and here for the small wins, the hard days, and everything in between.
At Berg Therapy, every therapist brings both expertise and heart. Our team includes Occupational Therapy Practitioners (OTPs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)—each one trained, experienced, and honored to be part of your village as your child grows.
Occupational Therapy Practitioners (OTPs) OTPs help children build the skills they need for everyday life—things like movement, play, handwriting, self-care, social skills and emotional regulation.
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) SLPs support kids with communication, language, and feeding. They help children find their voices, feel confident trying new foods, and build the skills to connect with the world around them.
Founder & Occupational Therapist
Jessica Naiberg, MS, OTR/L has spent the past 13 years helping kids grow, play, and shine as a pediatric Occupational Therapist and healthcare leader. Deeply rooted in Anoka County, she’s built lasting connections with families, schools, and providers while raising her own family here. Jess started Berg Therapy with one goal in mind: to create a place where therapists love their work and children build confidence while discovering the joy of therapy.
We're building a place therapists love to work.
At Berg Therapy, we care deeply about kids, families, and the people doing the work. Here, you’ll feel valued and connected to something bigger: a community that celebrates progress in every form. If that speaks to you, let's talk.
